Pete Fegley

Pete was born and raised in Danbury, CT, graduating from Danbury High School, in 1995. Pete attended Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), in Henrietta, NY, from 1995-1999, studying Telecommunications Engineering Technology. Pete’s first experience in Emergency Services was while he was a student at RIT, volunteering for the on-campus ambulance, as well as the local town corps. In addition to volunteering on the ambulance, Pete worked for RIT Campus Safety as a Dispatcher and a volunteer dispatcher for the Town of Henrietta. On school breaks, Pete worked for Danbury Ambulance Service as an EMT-B. After leaving college, in 1999, Pete worked full-time as an EMT for Danbury Ambulance (DA). In early 2000, Pete became certified as an EMT-I and continued working for DA, both as an EMT-I and as a dispatcher. In 2002, Pete became a Paramedic for Danbury Ambulance as well. In September, of 2003, he became a part-time employee of Northwest CT Public Safety; something he states he always wanted to do, but his busy schedule wouldn’t allow it before! In September, of 2003, Pete also became a Full-Time Paramedic for Greenwich EMS, where his is still employed today. In addition to being a full-time Paramedic and part-time dispatcher, Pete is an active Ham Radio Operator and he is the father of two beautiful children, Noah and Ashleigh, whom reside with their mother, in Naugatuck, CT.
