Northwest CT Public Safety Communication Center services the pre-hospital E.M.S. communications needs of the member communities in the Northwest region of Connecticut.  Northwest CT Public Safety Communication Center's major roles are to provide both service and information. Northwest CT Public Safety provides the following:

•  Ambulance to Hospital Radio
•  Mass Casualty Incident Coordination
•  Mobilization & Coordination of Out-of-Region E.M.S. Resources
•  Relay of Information Between Public Safety Agencies
•  Alerting of Area Hospitals
•  E.M.S. Data Collection and Reporting
•  Regional A.L.S. Coordination
•  Mutual Aid Call Out
